A deposit of 800€ is also required, payable two weeks before your arrival.
We ask that you book at least one month in advance. Any cancellation made within the week prior to your stay will result in the loss of your deposit.
Conditions
We prefer families, but groups of friends are also welcome. However, we do ask you to state the reason for your booking.
We are very fond of our gîte and therefore expect you to treat it with respect and abide by the rules of the neighbourhood.
We do not accept stag or hen parties, nor parties involving noise and music after 10 p.m. The local council’s rules on night-time noise are clear and we are obliged to comply with them.
We ask that you leave the cottage clean upon departure. Cleaning costs are included for general cleaning and do not include rubbish disposal or washing up.
We accept two dogs per group, but we trust that you will not allow them access to the bedrooms.
